Your prospect says 'your competitor is 20% cheaper.' What do you say?
Strong answerRe-anchors on value. Doesn't discount reflexively. Asks what's driving the price focus — budget, skepticism, competing priority.Weak answerImmediately discounts. Or dismisses the competitor. -

How do you identify and develop a champion inside an account?

Tell me about a deal you lost that you should have won. What did you change?

Describe a deal you pulled back from the brink. What specifically did you do?
Strong answerMulti-threaded the account. Found the actual concern (often not stated). Brought right people in at right time. Didn't discount.Weak answer'I pushed harder.' Or discounted. -
09situational medium · ethics
A prospect offers to 'make the deal easier' with something off-the-books. What do you do?
Strong answerClear no. Reports internally. Doesn't burn the bridge unnecessarily.Weak answerVague answer. Or 'depends.' -

You're in a quota slump. What do you do in the next week?
